This is an important position where you will play a crucial role in achieving assigned sales targets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Handle incoming sales leads and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally in all region.
  • Solve commercial / tactical issues and challenges directly with the GM Sales.
  • Enquiry generation, Technical discussion, Product presentation and Solution offering.
  • Techno-commercial and price negotiation with customer and order finalization under guidance of seniors.  
  • Order processing, delivery and payment collection.
  • Nurture and build relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our inspection and testing services
  • Acquire new customer base for the company.
  • Maintain regular sale rhythm with daily customer visits and lead generation
  • Meet or exceed the assigned sales targets within the given time-frame
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business
  • Responsible for (organizing) all sales engineering deliverable throughout the sales process, while involving different disciplines and technical experts to come to the best possible solution.
  • Bring all aspects of the offer together (e.g. technical solution, planning, price, T&Cs) in a clear quotation matching the budgets calculated.
  • Strong in listening and analyzing customer requirements.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 

  • Must have passionate mindset for sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Willing to travel across the region.
  • Engineering Graduation in Electrical or Electronics Discipline. MBA in sales / marketing will be more advantage. 
  • Consistent track record of sales and revenue growth
  • High degree of proficiency and comfort with automation technology
  • Be effective in presenting complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer
  • Pro-active, searches for information instead of waiting.
  • Takes full ownership and responsibilities of their projects
